DR JOSEPH MCINTYRE (PODIATRIST)
Joseph qualified in 2010 with a BSc (Hons) in Podiatry (First Class). Since then he has continued his learning completing an MSc in the Theory of Podiatric Surgery in 2014; a PgC in Medical Ultrasound in 2015; a steroid injection certificate in 2015; and completed his professional doctorate in 2023.

Joseph previously worked in the NHS specialising in the following areas: musculoskeletal, rheumatology and orthopaedic based podiatry. He also worked as a manager and MSK service lead, and now works in education as a podiatry lecturer. He is passionate about all facets of podiatry, particularly MSK and sports related foot care.

MR ALLEN DOWNIE (PODIATRIST)
Allen qualified in 2004 with a BSc (Hons) in Podiatry (First Class). Since then he has continued his learning obtaining a certificate in steroid injection therapy; and obtaining a PgC in Medical Ultrasound in 2014. He has worked in both the NHS and private sector.

Allen currently works as a rheumatology specialist podiatrist and podiatry manager. He regularly undertakes personal learning to ensure he is practising safe and effective evidence based podiatry; and also regularly teaches both students and qualified health care professionals, lecturing in many areas of podiatric practice. He is passionate about all facets of podiatry, particularly rheumatology related foot care (people who suffer from arthritis and related issues).
